Hi everyone, sorry to be gone for some time and not contrubiting. I've been printing a lot!

I recently had a problem with my X-Rite 329. It was getting very hard to get a reading. I had to push down very very hard to get the thing to null but it would always work. Finally it got to the point that I could not push hard enough and it was suggested that I replace the switch cap assembly. I did this and now I cant get the thing to read anything but the number 7. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks very much.
